What is the difference between products?

PDF Publisher is an easy-to-use desktop application under Windows XP (or Windows 7) that can import PDF files and export them as flashbooks to websites or CD / DVD disks. PDF Publisher is self-sufficient, so it does not need any of our other software products to support its work. Flashbooks made in PDF Publisher boast fullscreen mode, tables of contents, bookmarks, printing functions, full-text search, import of internal PDF links (leading to other pages of the same file) and external links (to other websites), etc. To create a flashbook in PDF Publisher, you do not even need to learn Flash programming. You will be able to translate publications made in PDF Publisher into other languages just by editing the book settings. At present, only a Windows version of PDF Publisher is available.

HTML Edition provides an adjustable template for HTML pages, which includes software for online books written in Flash / JavaScript. To fully use the great potential of HTML Edition, some experience with HTML / JavaScript programming is recommended. Online books made in HTML Edition feature printing, extensibility, a table of contents, and saving a PDF for offline work. Online books made in HTML Edition can either be embedded into an HTML page, or displayed as a separate page of your website. You can edit the HTML Edition template and settings with the help of a plain text editor (like Notepad for Windows or TextEdit for MacOS X), or an HTML / JavaScript editor. HTML Edition does not directly support PDFs. You need to create JPEGs or SWFs for each page separately. You can translate apps into various languages just by replacing English texts saved in the js/flippinbook.js file with texts in the desired language. If you experience problems with text changes, make sure you have saved the flippingbook.js as a UTF-8 file. You may use HTML Edition under Windows, MacOS X, and Linux.

Flash Component is a plug-in for Adobe Flash MX-CS4, which allows you to achieve the effect of turning over pages within your ActionScript 2.0 flash apps. This component does not feature printing and extensibility and does not have an external user interface. However, you may extend its functional through an additional code using the powerful ActionScript API component. The component comprises a number of demo-projects displaying the extended functional together with additional ActionScript code (printing, extensibility, navigation bar, slideshow, and more). You may use these demos as starting points for your projects. To work with the component, some experience with Flash programming is recommended. With Flash Component, you will be able to develop not only online apps, but also self-contained offline apps for Windows and MacOS. You may use JPEGs, PNGs, SWFs (ActionScript 2.0) and symbols from your SWF file library as webpages. Flash Component works under Windows and MacOS X.
